eeek! does everyone hate their own voice when they hear it playing back?

I was interviewed (my first audio interview) last week about the S. Florida Fair and dairy goats.
ummmmm. I said ummmmm to much. ummmmm. At one point i realized this and stopped it. But, dang...

I wish i had the questions before hand. Or is that cheating? ;)
