PBC livestock Ordinance-July 9

This is the most recent Ordinance all on one page - easier to understand. Still not good. Needs to change. And everything posted previously still stands. This is the beginning of the end of rural use out here. This is whitewashing our area.

Please note horses are exempted from this. They have separate rules. They don't have rules about animals abutting the fence line. No cross fence rules. No animal Care and control rules. No onsite livestock sales rules. Yet horses are bigger and just as loud, smelly, unsightly as other livestock.  language in ULDC doesn't even address horses owned on property less then 2 acres. Why? Because it's your right. Its also far too many horse owners out here. World war 3 would ensue.
